General Information
Service Hours
Regular service hours are between 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. The minimum request for an appointment is 4hrs, with the exemption of our 'Perfect Date' plan available from 5:00 pm onward.
Please note for requests outside of regular service hours and over peak holiday periods (Dec.23rd, 2023 - Jan.3rd, 2024 / Feb.10th-16th, 2024), a 10% surcharge will apply.
Service Areas
We service the following areas within the Hakuba Valley: Happo, Wadano, Goryu, Misorano, Echoland, and Iwatake. Our babysitters' shuttle fee is included in our pricing for families staying in these areas.
Booking requests for those staying in the Tsugaike, Norikura, and Cortina areas will incur a shuttle fee charge of ¥4,000/per appointment.
Child / Sitter Ratio
We permit up to 3 children per babysitter, with the exemption of our ' The Perfect Date ' plan where a maximum of 4 children is permitted per babysitter.
* Please note the maximum children permitted per babysitter is subject to change if there are multiple children under the age of 2yrs present. For booking requests for 4 children or more, please contact us to obtain a custom quote.
Child(ren)'s Meals / Snacks / Drinks
Parents/guardians must provide all meals, snacks, and drinks for their child(ren) or have groceries stocked in your accommodation so our babysitters can prepare meals for your child(ren) as permitted/instructed by you.
Special Needs / Requests
Please inform us of any special needs or requests (i.e. allergies/medical conditions etc.) that you may have for your child(ren) at the time of booking so that we are able to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate your individual needs.
Service Policies
Payment Policy
Upon confirming your booking details, an invoice will be sent via email where full payment is required within 7-days of receipt to fully secure your booking.
* Should your appointment date be within the 7-day window, we will require full payment upon receipt of our invoice.
Payment Method
We accept payment by credit card (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX) or domestic and international bank transfers. The rates listed are inclusive of tax and transaction fees associated with credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations 15 days or more prior to your first appointment date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days will forfeit the total booking amount paid. No exceptions.
Booking Extensions
In the event that you extend your appointment on the day, hours exceeding your originally reserved time will be charged in 30-minute increments. An online invoice for the additional hours will be sent by email upon the completion of your babysitter's shift to be paid promptly upon receipt.
Last Minute Modifications
We aim to provide a flexible service however for scheduling purposes, we appreciate at the very least a 72-hour advance notice for any changes to be made to your originally booked time. Please note modifications will be subject to the availability of our babysitters.
In the event you choose to shorten your service hours booked within 14 days of your first appointment date, our standard cancellation policy will apply for unused hours.
